1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with kee999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a kee999 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of kee999 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or participating through a self-exclusion programme.

kee999 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, provided that any legitimate balance held at the time of closure is returned to the member through an appropriate payment method.

During registration, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. kee999 may request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification and proof of address or payment method ownership at any time.

2. Account Management

Each member is responsible for all activity that takes place under their kee999 account. You must not share your username or password with any other person. kee999 will treat all instructions received through your account as having been authorised by you.

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify kee999 immediately by contacting [email protected]. kee999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account; however, kee999 accepts no liability for losses incurred before notification is received.

kee999 may suspend, restrict, or close an account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• At the request of the account holder via the responsible gaming self-exclusion feature.
• Following a court order, law enforcement instruction, or regulatory direction.

Dormant accounts with a remaining balance will be contacted by email at the last registered address prior to any balance forfeiture. kee999 will make reasonable efforts to return dormant balances before applying any inactivity fee.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

kee999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, review of betting patterns, or investigation of suspected fraud. In such cases, kee999 will communicate the reason for the delay to the affected member within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kee999 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting specials. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire unused are forfeited without compensation.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• kee999 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members with an active bonus at the time of cancellation will be notified and any qualifying balance treated fairly.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
• kee999 does not offer bonuses to members who have opted into the self-exclusion programme or who have set binding deposit limits that would prevent them from meeting wagering requirements.

Any winnings generated from free spin bonus rounds are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the individual promotion terms before they may be transferred to a member's withdrawable balance.

5. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on kee999 are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kee999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit any platform content, collect or use product listings or descriptions for commercial purposes, or reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of kee999 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the member's account and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

kee999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kee999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

kee999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kee999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Loss of data or profits arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors or omissions in any content on the platform.
• Any event beyond kee999's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, network outages, or force majeure events.

In no event shall kee999's total cumulative liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
